Our Trip to Scarborough Renaissance Festival with Friends

Two weeks ago, we had a blast with friends at Scarborough Renaissance Festival. As you can see in the photos below we have witness the old times...seen the three musketeers, watched the jousting, ate their foods and much more.

Sale at Sears!

A couple of days ago, hubby and I went to Sears to look for refrigerator, and washer and dryer. We found their appliances a little bit cheaper than those at Lowe's and Conn's. Yes, we need these three appliances once we move to our new house. Tomorrow, Sears will be having a sale on these appliances...where you'll get 30% off, so hubby and I decided to buy them tomorrow and have it deliver once we move. Anyway, I found this sneaker for my son for only $19.99...it is 50% off! Isn't it a deal or what!? Taken on 4/15/2010.

Buy Alvin and The Chipmunks: The Squeakquel

Ever since I saw the Alvin and the Chipmunks movie, I became a fan of it together with my five year old son. We are both excited to see the part two of this movie which is the Alvin and The Chipmunks: The Squeakquel. Because we fell in love on the first one, we bought a copy of it on DVD and watches it during our Family Home Evening. It is good to know that there is a sequel for it which is available now on Blu-Ray and Digital download. Though my husband doesn't care about the movie, my son and I decided that we want a copy of it, too. So, as a birthday present for my son, I am going to buy it now at Target to be added in our collections. I am going to buy the Double DVD Pack because the double pack includes "The Squeak Along" Bonus Disc, with more music, mayhem and all-new singalongs! Cool, isn't it? I am pretty sure that a lot of parents would agree that this will make a good family night movie. My son and I have always loved Alvin and the Chipmunks cartoons and love watching the movies now. Yup, we are excited to see this sequel.

Birthday Gifts All the Way from CA, WV, PA and Japan!

Once again...I would like to thanks Rose, Clarissa and Dhemz for the surprised gifts they sent me for my special day. First Rose sent these seasonings or mix, and the cute sandal with cards and sweet messages. Then, just today, got this very nice purse from Dhemz who at first was wondering why I was getting a package from the UPS guy where I don't remember ordering something online. I accepted it anyway, since it was address to me. I opened it with excitement and walla...a very nice purse from her. Last, but not the least, another pretty purse from Clarissa of Kizuna. I just got her package yesterday, March 23; it was sent on the 13, but hubby misplaced the post office note. Last but not the least, yesterday, March 31, I got another package and that is from another good friend of mine, Tsang Shy of Simple Happy Life. She told me not to post her gifts here and I respect her wished. I am so glad to have been blessed with such great friends such as these wonderful ladies :-). Anyway, Guys, thank you so much. I don't know what to say, but appreciate and thank the Lord for giving me such wonderful friends online. Hope someday to thank them personally.
