My Valentine's Gifts from Hubby and Son

Hubby surprised me with an iphone on Valentine's day. It is one of my wished to have one of my own someday and he granted that wished! Honestly, I never thought that I would get this one wished so soon! I would be very happy with a simple card or flowers on this Love Day....and I could live without iphone anyway. But hey, I got it...and I feel very lucky!

What's Up with the Moustache?

It was my sister in-law's idea to wear a moustache as we open present on Christmas day; and so we did. I am glad that my father and mother in-law agreed :-). So here we are with the moustaches, lol! it look good on Jacob, Kristin and Chance, but not to me at least! I don't like it, but was forced by hubby to wear one. Oh well, we had fun and that is what important.

Christmas with My In - Laws 2010

This year, we spent Christmas in New Mexico with my in-laws. We had fun despite of the fact that my brother in-law from North Carolina didn't make it there due to flight being canceled because of the snow blizzard that hit the East Coast. We were all expecting them, but were heartbroken instead. Waiting for them to come postponed gifts opening on Christmas day. So presents were actually opened the next day. Here are few of the photos I took, and as always I was behind the scene again, lol.

Okay, this was the first part of gifts opening. We each opened one present and the rests were done when my sister in-law and her Boyfriend arrived the next day.

Updates on My Health Condition and Etc....

I know it's been awhile since I posted my last entry here. I have been pretty busy preparing for the Holiday, on top of attending for my son's needs both at home and school. I am also sicked and in the hospital for 3 days now and won't be going home till Monday morning (if not Sunday). My doctor wants to make sure that the treatments worked and I will go home knowing that my body stopped rejecting my kidneys otherwise they would give me stronger medicines till everything is fixed. For those who don't know it yet, a biopsy done for my kidney the other day for we suspected that I am having a rejection episode which is normal for all transplant recipients. It is confirmed when we got the biopsy result this morning. My doctor assured me that they will do the best they can to fix the problem and that I don't need to worry so much, but follow his advice. It is not a hard thing to do and I am in! I am positive that everything will turn out to be alright...after all a lot of people who loves me are praying for me....God hears and answers prayers, and I am counting on that. He has answers all my prayers even my simple and small pleads. I am thankful for giving me such loving families, friends and relatives who care enough to give their very best to make sure that we our okay. Indeed, "through small and simple things, great things are brought to pass".
